Mon parcours a ressemblé à un enchaînement de rencontres, avec un fil conducteur assez clair : présenter la mission, puis valider mon profil au fur et à mesure. Ça a commencé par un échange RH, puis j’ai enchaîné avec une visioconférence. Ensuite, j’ai eu plusieurs discussions supplémentaires avec d’autres interlocuteurs de l’entreprise, avant de finir par un entretien technique.

Ce qui m’a marqué, c’est le rythme “accumulation de points de vue”. On m’a d’abord présenté la mission dans un format assez classique, puis on m’a posé des questions plus techniques, très directes, sur des sujets concrets (par exemple la différence entre TCP et UDP). Après ça, il y a eu des échanges avec l’équipe de recrutement et, à un moment, on m’a fait remplir un dossier technique. La suite a été centrée sur la rencontre avec le client : on a planifié un rendez-vous, puis il y a eu une préparation à l’entretien avant l’échange technique côté client.

Je suis passé par une série d’échanges assez courts et très cadrés. Après un premier appel RH, je me suis retrouvé en visioconférence pour parler de mon adéquation au besoin côté client et au type de missions. L’échange suivant a plus mis l’accent sur l’administratif. Globalement, j’ai eu la sensation que le process était bien piloté, avec des responsables RH réactifs et attentifs à la manière dont le rôle et le périmètre étaient présentés, et les délais entre les entretiens restaient raisonnables.

À certains moments, j’ai aussi eu l’impression que tout était pensé pour me faire me projeter : on m’a expliqué clairement le cadre, ce qu’il y avait à attendre et ce que la structure me permettrait d’apprendre. Sur un autre trajet, mon entrée avait commencé via un contact RH (dont un via LinkedIn), puis l’on a enchaîné rapidement avec des étapes en présentiel. La progression donnait un sentiment “fluide”, avec une bonne organisation côté dates et prise de rendez-vous, et des discussions qui restaient orientées compréhension du poste et de la collaboration plutôt que sur des pièges techniques.
