Difficult Positive Bangalore Rural

I started the process through campus routes, with my name coming via a placement office shortlist. After that, the next step was an online technical assessment, followed by a technical interview. From there it moved to a managerial interview, then an HR interview, and the whole sequence ended with an offer letter being issued.

Even though I marked it as a difficult process overall, the format felt clearly staged and structured from assessment to interviews. What surprised me most was how quickly the timeline moved through multiple rounds once I cleared the earlier steps, and how late-stage HR still mattered to the final letter.

Easy Negative Netherlands

My first interaction was with talent acquisition. It was framed like a discussion and Q&A rather than a deep interview, and it didn’t feel like there was much probing into my actual technical background. After that call, I later received feedback that they felt I didn’t have enough technical depth.

What bothered me is that there wasn’t a real technical back-and-forth to justify that conclusion. Overall it felt like the evaluation was disconnected from the conversation I had, and the process ended without an offer.
