Easy Neutral Cambridge, England

I started with a recruiter call where we aligned on availability, and I was told the interview would be only two rounds and would be based around AI/ML. A short while later I met the hiring manager online for my main discussion.

The first part felt pretty straightforward. I had an HR step where they asked basic, role-related questions, and they also had me send some details over email and book a slot to meet on Microsoft Teams. By the time I reached the hiring manager conversation, the tone was more focused on my background and how it connected to what the role needed, rather than anything overly abstract.

Average Negative Ireland

After an initial chat, an agency recruiter arranged my first interview. It was online with an engineering manager, and the overall process felt like it was building toward something more hands-on.

They explained that a next stage would have happened onsite and would be more technical, but I didn’t make it that far. The first round itself was calm and conversational, and I was able to talk through my background as it related to the team’s needs.
