My interview journey ended up being one of the longest processes I’d been through. It ran through four rounds: two technical interviews, then an HR round, and finally a plant head interview. The structure was clear—different interviewers, increasing specificity as it progressed—but the total time commitment stretched it out.
I remember feeling like I kept needing to restart my focus each time I moved to a new round, and the last stage with the plant head carried extra weight because it was the final checkpoint. Even without an offer, the experience gave me a real sense that the process was thorough and built to pressure-test fit from multiple angles.

Difficult Positive Neu-Delhi
My process moved quickly and felt very round-based. I went through a technical assessment first, and clearing that was basically the gate to everything that followed. Once I got through the technical interview round, I was pulled into an HR interview. The difficulty level stood out to me because the technical stage was tough and clearly aimed at how well I understood the fundamentals and could apply my knowledge.
After the HR conversation, I learned the company was moving fast—within roughly 10 to 15 days the process had run its course and an offer letter was generated. The HR discussion itself was professional and thorough, including a salary breakdown conversation where I could ask questions and get direct answers. There was also a hiring manager evaluation step; when things looked positive, they’d move things forward and schedule the next meeting.
