My interview felt surprisingly smooth and not very challenging. The whole thing lasted about 40 minutes, and the interviewer was pleasant throughout.
Most of the questions were about getting to know me and understanding my motivations, rather than anything overly technical or high-pressure. I felt comfortable answering and didn’t sense any traps or sudden pivots.

Average Neutral Ireland
I went through a longer, multi-step process that didn’t feel especially clear upfront. After applying, I waited roughly one to two weeks for screening, and the overall environment felt stressful—especially given what was happening around layoffs.
Once I got into the interviews, the tone felt more like fact collection than a real conversation. The questions were basic, the interviewer didn’t feel very personable, and it didn’t give me much insight into company behaviors or what the work environment actually looked like. The process had a lot of steps, and that made it feel like more commitment than the information returned.
