Depois de uma conversa inicial com o RH, recebi instruções e fiz avaliações online. A parte de lógica foi no estilo GMAT, com questões em tempo limitado, e em seguida teve um teste de SQL. O processo tinha um tom bem objetivo: eles queriam ver quão preciso eu era sob restrição de tempo e a consistência da minha resposta.
Depois dessas etapas, eu passei por entrevistas com usuários/área, em que o foco saiu um pouco do formato de prova e foi mais para o meu encaixe na rotina. No geral, eu senti que a dificuldade era “média”: não foi leve, porque os testes eram cronometrados e cobravam acurácia, mas também não parecia impossível. Eu terminei o caminho achando que fiz bem as partes técnicas e estou com a sensação de que o processo avaliou meu raciocínio e base em SQL de forma bem direta.
