Average Positive Brazil

I applied after seeing the role open and then basically spent a couple of weeks in limbo. I eventually got an email that the first technical step would be a Codility test. A bit later I took it and felt good about how it went—I worked through questions that covered SQL, Java, and React.

After that, I didn’t hear anything for about a week, so I reached out to recruiters directly via email and LinkedIn to check where things stood. The response finally came near the end of February, and I was told they’d moved forward with other candidates. It was disappointing, but the whole experience also made it clear I couldn’t assume my performance would carry through without timely feedback, and I needed to keep improving while I waited.

Easy Positive Bengaluru

My process ended up feeling like a chain of about four rounds. First, HR reached out by email to ask about expectations and things like who I was and why Sezzle. Next, I interviewed with a technical manager who dug into LLD/HLD and worked from a problem statement to see how I structured the solution.

After that came a take-home assignment built around React plus Go. I completed it over about two days and submitted it to the team. Then I had a CTO round focused on my past work, my project journey, and what I expected. I finished with a behavioral conversation that covered fit and compensation expectations and how the timeline would proceed.
