My process started with multiple coding rounds before I ever got into deeper conversation. I went through three coding-test rounds, followed by two additional online coding rounds with technical recruiters, and then ended with an onsite interview at their office.

The first part was pretty easy, but the second round stood out because the interviewer didn’t seem familiar with QA specifics. The questions still felt related to the general technical space, but there was a noticeable mismatch in how QA-focused the discussion was, and it threw me off a bit because I was expecting clearer QA depth.

After applying online, I got a recruiter call and then scheduled what was supposed to be an initial first-round interview. They told me it would involve a resume walkthrough, but the moment the interviewer started, he made it clear he wasn’t interested in the resume details and immediately pushed into technical questions.

I didn’t clear that first round. The round was originally supposed to be with a manager, but it ended up being taken by a senior engineer instead, which changed the feel of the conversation. After that, there was still supposed to be another onsite panel round, but the process didn’t continue for me.
