I was approached by an agency first, and that recruiter support really set the tone—it felt smooth from the start. My first interview was with two hiring managers. It was friendly and upbeat, and I got to draw on shared experiences while talking through how I’d operate in an Account Executive role. After that, I had a “meet the team” style conversation that again felt positive and collaborative, with a lot of overlap on the skills they were looking for.
A separate journey that felt very similar started with a couple phone screenings before I landed a longer conversation with three managers. The main thread of the interview was less about surprises and more about fit: why I believed in the company and why it would be a good place to work. Overall it felt fairly easy-going, and the questions didn’t veer into anything extremely technical or unexpected for the level.

I didn’t get a clear sense of closure afterwards—no outcome or detailed feedback came through after the interviews, which was the one part that left me uneasy. Another experience in this same general vein had only two interviews: a phone conversation followed by three Zoom sessions with different interviewers. Those interviews were still approachable, and I felt like the phone part was informal enough to be conversational, but it made it clear I needed to speak intelligently about the company.
