My process started with a recruiter screen, and then I showed up at headquarters for an unusual interview setup: it was in a big open room with multiple stations. I interviewed at one team station, then switched every 25 minutes to another team, and the pacing stayed the same all the way through. As the rounds got later, it felt like we both ran out of new things to cover, so the conversation started to get a little repetitive and the whole format began to tire everyone out.

Across the teams, the tone stayed fairly straightforward and friendly, but the structure made it hard to feel truly “fresh” from one conversation to the next. I was basically repeating parts of my background while different groups asked similar questions over the course of a couple hours. Even though people were nice and the company came across well, the repeated flow made the process feel long and somewhat monotonous by the end. Overall it was average in difficulty, and I left with a strong sense that they liked what I presented, since I ended up with an offer.

I had a frustrating start that immediately made the process feel unprofessional. I was scheduled after a recruiter reached out, and the recruiter called a bit late, apologized, and then told me the position I applied for had already been filled. At that point I was annoyed—not because I couldn’t get the job, but because I’d been pulled into an interview process for something that was no longer available.

The overall vibe was dismissive and sloppy, and it never really recovered after that. The process felt like it was wasting my time, and by the time the conversation ended, I basically knew the experience wasn’t going to lead anywhere solid. In the end, I didn’t get an offer, and my honest takeaway was that the company’s handling of the scheduling and communication left a very bad impression.
