After applying, my interview process moved through four rounds. I started with a recruiter call where the goal was mainly to confirm my relevant experience and skills, and it was relatively quick. A little later I had a more focused technical screen with scenario-based work and an aptitude/MCQ-style component, then I moved into an hour-long technical interview. The pace felt logical and organized, and the tone was friendly.
The demo round ended up being the standout. I was given instructions for a Salesforce demonstration and presented on a business scenario, with the emphasis on showing how I approached the platform and where it could solve a problem. It ran for about an hour, and I remember being encouraged to make it compelling rather than just answer in theory. After that, I had a cultural round that was more of a fit conversation—chill and informal—where they tried to learn how I worked and whether I’d mesh with the team’s culture.

What derailed me was a hard requirement mismatch. They told me that for this role they required advanced Salesforce experience, and my background didn’t meet that bar. That was the end of the process for me—I didn’t receive an offer.
