My recruiter and early stages moved slowly, but the biggest part of the experience was the final negotiation phase. After the interview rounds, the offer negotiation ended up taking a lot of time, and the final compensation package came in lower than what I expected. I also remember that the CEO stayed involved for the final round, which made the last step feel more high-stakes.
I didn’t get an offer. The whole process left me with a mixed feeling: the involvement of senior leadership suggested seriousness, but the extended negotiation and the gap between expectations and what was offered made the end of the journey feel discouraging. Looking back, it wasn’t the interview questions that challenged me most—it was how long and how constrained the closing conversation became.

Difficult Positive India
After a recruiter call, I had about a week of waiting before I moved into the early screening. The first round was an aptitude test covering quant, logical reasoning, and English. I remember it feeling like a standard “can you think clearly under time pressure” check rather than anything domain-heavy.
Then I was pulled into a group discussion focused on current affairs and AI-related topics. After that, I went through a technical interview where they tested in a more traditional Q&A style, but I didn’t make it to later stages. I was supposed to continue to HR and then a CEO interview round, but my process stopped after the technical stage, so I never got that final top-management interaction. Overall, it felt difficult compared to easier screening loops I’ve done, mainly because the jump from aptitude to discussion to technical happened quickly and each round raised the bar.

Aptitude Test
The interview process consistently begins with an aptitude test focusing on logical reasoning, quantitative skills, and verbal ability, typically lasting around 30 minutes. Candidates should prepare for a range of questions that assess their problem-solving capabilities under time pressure.
Candidates experience a structured series of interview rounds, often including a mix of group discussions, personal interviews, and technical evaluations, with a strong emphasis on communication and reasoning skills. The progression through these rounds is generally sequential, with each stage building on the previous one.

Puzzle and Problem-Solving Focus
Throughout the interviews, candidates encounter numerous puzzles and problem-solving questions that require clear reasoning and explanation of thought processes, rather than just arriving at correct answers. This focus on logical clarity is a key evaluation criterion.
