I went through a pretty standard three-round flow. The first technical round focused heavily on core Java, with fairly common question types that tested fundamentals. After that, I moved on to a second technical/managerial-style round where the tone shifted toward my experience and the projects I’d worked on, with most of the questions rooted in what I’d done and how I approached that work.
The final step was an HR round, which wrapped up the process. Overall the difficulty felt average, and the format was straightforward—technical fundamentals first, then project-focused discussion, then HR.

Average Positive United Kingdom
My process started with a one-on-one interview that felt more conversational than rigidly structured. The questions centered on how I handled problem solving, the kinds of decisions I’d make in different situations, and how I managed my time.
What stood out was that the interview ended with a self-assessment component. I had to rate myself, on a scale from 1 to 5, across areas like time management, communications, critical thinking, and leadership, and then justify the rating. It was a little different from a typical Q&A because it pushed me to reflect on how I actually worked rather than just talk about it.
