My experience didn’t match the level I expected. I felt like the interview process was geared toward very fresh engineers, and the questions came across as overly basic—more like a high-school-style check than a professional engineering evaluation.

Even with a strong academic background and deep experience in power systems protection, I was asked about things like power multiplications. I made a mistake in the multiplication while doing it mentally instead of using a calculator, and I felt that small slip led to rejection.
