My loop started with an online assessment that mixed role-based multiple choice with coding. After that, I had two technical rounds, and it ended with a behavioral-oriented HR conversation focused on fit and culture. The difficulty level felt medium overall—enough that I had to stay sharp, but not so intense that it turned chaotic.
In the technical part, the questions leaned heavily into classic DSA and practical problem solving. One problem was the “first missing positive” challenge: given an unsorted array, find the smallest missing positive number with O(n) time and O(1) extra space. I also got an “add two numbers” style problem that required working with a linked-list representation. I remember having to clearly explain my reasoning while writing code, not just produce an answer.

Average Negative Vancouver, BC
My first impression of the technical side was mixed from the beginning. I went through a quick behavioral conversation where the interaction felt tense, with the interviewer seemingly trying to test my confidence and pushing back in a way that didn’t feel constructive. After that, the technical portion wasn’t too heavy: it was mostly quick algorithms along the lines of LeetCode plus some Java debugging.
Later, the hard part wasn’t the interviews themselves—it was the lack of follow-through afterward. At one point after an onsite coding session that lasted around three hours, I was told to expect answers after a week, but the follow-up never came. When I checked in, the recruiter communicated that if I hadn’t heard back by about a week and a half, the process was effectively over, and there was essentially no meaningful feedback after all that time.
