Difficult Negative Vancouver, BC

I went through a fairly layered set of rounds. First I had an HR phone call, then I moved into a video call with the hiring manager. After that, I was pulled into a panel interview that ran as three separate one-hour conversations with different stakeholders.

Each round felt like it was testing a different slice of how I think and communicate. The pace was the main challenge—there was a lot of sustained discussion in a short span, and I had to stay sharp and consistent across different interviewers.
