After I went through the main interviews, the overall flow felt very structured: it started with a recruiter conversation, moved into coding/assessment, then followed with a system design discussion and a behavioral chat, and eventually got to offer negotiation—when it went that far. My process itself dragged longer than I expected, and the hardest part wasn’t even the questions, it was the waiting. I was told I’d hear back with answers or feedback after the on-site, but the follow-ups didn’t land when they said they would.
On the technical side, the rounds felt fairly standard for a software engineering role at a big org: I was evaluated on my ability to code for the given prompt, then talk through architecture thinking and how I’d handle the role day-to-day. The people I interacted with were professional and the meetings themselves were fine, even when the wait afterward was frustrating. For me, the experience ended without an offer, and what stayed with me was how little concrete feedback I got after spending a long time in the coding session—despite promises that it would come quickly.

Average Positive Bengaluru
My interview started with a fairly typical assessment of my problem-solving. I ended up with DSA-style questions that required working under constraints, and I had to write clear logic while building the solution. One problem asked for the smallest missing positive from an unsorted integer array, with the expectation of linear time and constant extra space. Another was about adding two numbers represented as linked lists.
After that, I had a more rounded technical conversation where the questions included core thinking plus some ABAP-specific and logic-based challenges. I also did time-boxed coding-style tasks where I explained what I was doing as I wrote the code. The behavior portion felt straightforward—more about how I work and communicate than tricky behavioral traps.
