After I applied online, I got a call back relatively quickly. The first round felt smooth and professional, but it immediately got weird when HR asked me for my salary expectations before moving the application forward. The conversation sounded promising enough, but afterward it turned into radio silence.
I never received any real feedback on that first round. HR basically stopped replying, so I was left guessing where I stood and whether anything had even been reviewed. Overall it felt less like a decision was being made and more like the process had quietly stalled.
