My process started pretty abruptly: there wasn’t much small talk, and the conversation went straight into technical questions, with LeetCode-style material mixed in. The vibe was that they were testing whether I truly knew the core DSA concepts rather than how quickly I could produce polished, end-to-end code. I remember the coding being done on paper, and I felt like they cared more about the reasoning and fundamentals than about assembling a perfect final program.
The most intense part for me was an assessment that took a long time and then hit me with multiple problems. It wasn’t just one coding question where you could focus all your energy—there were several components over hours, and at least some of the later questions turned brutal compared to the earlier ones. There were also times where I felt the difficulty level might’ve depended on luck; I wasn’t always sure which problems I’d land on.

The technical portion felt structured and straightforward: it was largely about data structures and algorithms, and they pulled in my background as we went. I ended up writing code on paper for the LeetCode-style problems, and the focus was less about producing the perfect, complete solution and more about demonstrating that I understood the concepts.

That last step was more about fitting in and explaining my experience clearly, and it also helped me understand the expectations around work style and communication. Overall the process felt well organized, with a clear sequence from recruiter-style check-in to technical rounds and then HR. I left feeling like if I’d been ready for DSA basics and could talk through my thought process, it wouldn’t have been intimidating.
