I started with a personality exam, then followed it up with personality and interview-style questions. The personality interview and the technical interview were arranged randomly, so I didn’t know which would come first until scheduling.

Altogether, the whole process stretched to nearly 5–6 hours, with multiple segments packed into the same day. The vibe felt structured, but it was still a long stretch of back-to-back evaluation, and I remember focusing on staying consistent through the different parts rather than getting thrown off by the format randomness.

After I passed a hackathon, I got invited along with a group of other people. The first stage ran in one day and was split into three separate interviews back-to-back. The first of those was technical, and it was basically LeetCode-style coding—one question involved linked lists and the other was a math-based problem. I felt it was fair overall.

Rounds two and three were different: they were conversations with two managers who introduced the role and then shifted into getting to know me. We talked through my experience and what made me a good fit for their team rather than pushing more coding.

Interview Structure & Timeline

The interview process typically consists of multiple back-to-back segments, including HR screening, technical interviews, and personality assessments, often stretching over several hours in a single day. Candidates should be prepared for a long and structured evaluation process.

TimelineStructuredMultiple Rounds

Technical Coding Assessment

Candidates can expect a significant focus on technical skills, particularly through coding assessments that include LeetCode-style questions and core concepts in data structures and algorithms. Some interviews may require coding on paper rather than in a live coding environment.
