Difficult Neutral Bengaluru

The process had three rounds and revolved heavily around C#. First there was a coding round, then a technical interview, and finally an HR round. The split was pretty clear, and the technical parts were selective enough that multiple people passed the first two rounds.

What determined the end for me was the HR round. Even though several candidates got through earlier steps, everyone was rejected after HR except for one person.

Average Neutral Singapore

My process started with a phone screening, and that was clearly just the first filter. After that, I moved into an online interview that combined behavioral questions with technical ones. I could feel that they were assessing both how I thought and how I communicated, not just whether I could solve problems.

A final interview followed that involved a senior manager, and it shifted the tone a bit toward bigger-picture thinking and alignment. The whole timeline took about two weeks for the company to make a decision after the last round. I didn’t get an offer, but the sequence felt structured and I could tell they were trying to triangulate my fit across multiple perspectives.
