I had to go into the interviews prepared to go deeper than surface-level answers. The questions mixed behavioral prompts with background questions, and the interviewers followed up in a way that made the conversations feel more like they were testing how I thought than just letting me finish a rehearsed response. There was also a clear expectation that I’d use a structured approach for behavioral storytelling.
