After I applied online, the process took about two weeks. At that point I’d only completed the first technical interview, and everything was friendly and fairly relaxed. The session itself lasted around 45 minutes over Zoom, and it felt like the interviewer was genuinely trying to help me think through the problem rather than just test me.

The experience had a good tone—nice atmosphere, interactive back-and-forth, and a sense that they wanted me to do well. I didn’t have the full loop yet, but from that first step alone, it stood out as an evaluation that still had structure while being conversational. I left feeling like the interview was supportive, even though I knew I’d still need to perform consistently across later rounds.

My interview process was all online and felt fairly smooth end to end. I went through four rounds: three technical conversations and one behavioral round.

The last round involved two people at once, and it also had an odd detail: the backend interviewer didn’t appear to have prepared questions. Still, the overall flow felt fine to me, and it didn’t come across as especially hard. I was mostly left with the sense that the interviewers were trying to get a read on my technical thinking and communication, without turning it into an overly adversarial experience.
