Easy Positive Hyderabad

My process was three rounds and pretty direct. The first round was an online HackerRank coding session, which focused on problem-solving rather than anything purely conversational. After that, I went into a technical round where the topics ranged from fundamentals like Stack vs. Heap to debugging a snippet to identify why a NullPointerException happened. I also got asked about HTTP methods.

The final step was positioned to be a techno-managerial round, and it fit the overall structure: I expected technical grounding but also wanted to show how I’d think in a business context. The format stayed consistent across rounds, and the pacing felt like they were trying to sort quickly based on both coding reasoning and real technical understanding.

Average Positive Pune

After I spoke with the recruiter, I went into a technical round where I had to talk through my project experience and then work with a piece of code that I was given. The discussion pushed me to make the code more production-ready, and I also got coding-style questions that mapped back to OOP concepts.

Later, I moved to the managerial portion. That round focused heavily on how I’d work with customers—how I’d handle different situations and manage the relationship—and I also got asked to name a few Salesforce products. The overall vibe felt structured and practical, and I left feeling like the process was really measuring whether I could translate technical work into customer outcomes.
