Average Negative London, England

After an initial recruiter call, I ended up going through four steps: an interview with the hiring manager, a technical interview, and then a final manager interview. The whole process felt fairly straightforward in structure, and it moved at a reasonable pace.

The technical portion was the main test, and it wasn’t just generic coding. It also checked my IAM knowledge alongside coding skills. When I met the people from the team, the questions centered on how I’d approach problems tied to access management concepts, and I felt like they were trying to gauge whether my background matched what the role needed.

Average Positive United States

I had a fairly professional and approachable start. The hiring manager conversation felt easy to talk through, and it was clear they were trying to explain what the role would look like and what the day-to-day lifestyle felt like. The recruiter contact also seemed coordinated enough at the beginning that the process felt legitimate.

The timeline later got weird: I had an initial discussion, then a couple weeks of silence. When I finally got back in, I did a shorter hiring manager interview focused on behavioral questions and walked through my resume. The whole thing felt simple and straightforward.
