Average Positive Bengaluru

After a recruiter call, I moved into a fairly straightforward sequence: a technical screen that lasted about an hour, followed by an HR conversation that was around 30 minutes. The vibe felt calm and not overly intense, and I never felt like I was being set up to fail.

The technical part drew heavily from my background and resume projects, and it also touched on core engineering concepts like OOP and web development basics. We briefly covered some distributed-systems ideas too, and there were a couple of questions that leaned into AIML as well. The interviewers were knowledgeable and polite, which helped me explain my thinking without feeling rushed.

My process felt fast and well run. After the initial steps, I went through a video interview and then a mini hackathon, followed by a culture-fit style discussion. The whole thing had a professional feel, and the panel was genuinely friendly.

What stood out most was how open they tried to make the interview. I remember feeling like there was room to talk through my thought process instead of just giving answers and moving on. The mini hackathon especially pushed me to be clear and structured, and the culture-fit discussion stayed constructive.
