Je me souviens d’un processus assez cadré. Après une première étape de discussion avec le recruteur, j’ai eu un peu plus tard un écrit assez court : un mélange de questions d’aptitude et de technique, avec seulement 45 minutes pour résoudre tout le sujet.

Ce test était suivi de deux entretiens. Le premier portait surtout sur des questions de base liées au domaine, alors que le deuxième était plus orienté application et durait environ 30 à 45 minutes. L’ensemble m’a donné une impression de niveau “moyen” : pas insurmontable, mais suffisamment exigeant pour vérifier si je maîtrisais vraiment le sujet.

Mon entretien était très technique dès le départ, centré sur les principes fondamentaux de l’élasticité. On m’a demandé de traiter un problème avec des calculs de contraintes sur une structure cylindrique, et, autant que je m’en rappelle, je devais aussi arriver à dériver une formule ou un théorème lié.

En parallèle, on a évalué aussi mon niveau de français. Au final, même si c’était clairement challengeant, je l’ai vécu comme un entretien intéressant : j’avais des sujets concrets, et j’ai eu l’impression qu’ils cherchaient vraiment à voir mon niveau de compréhension plutôt que juste des réponses “basiques”.
