My interview started with a fairly focused technical discussion that almost felt like a topic walk-through. The questions touched specific engineering details—things like mesh size concepts and Y-plus—and I was also asked what modeling, meshing, and solving software I was familiar with. They then shifted into a more personal technical angle, including what my master’s thesis topic was and whether I was familiar with vibrations.

The rest of the time was about my experience working with the kinds of technologies and problems I’d mentioned. The interviewers were friendly, and the questions weren’t framed as trick questions. It still took concentration because the conversation expected me to be precise about what I’d used and what I understood.
