There wasn’t much pressure around technical depth. Instead, I talked through my background and career direction, and I leaned into sharing stories that showed my attitude and motivation. At different points, I got the chance to explain my past experience in enough detail to connect it to the role, and they seemed genuinely interested in whether it was a good fit for both sides. I left feeling like the process was straightforward and low-stress, and the interviewers were friendly and willing to answer my questions.
