After applying online, I heard back within a day or two and ended up with a laid-back phone conversation that felt more like a fit check than a test. Not long after that, I went straight into an on-site day. The start of it was a lunch with a bigger group of candidates and RoviSys employees from different backgrounds, followed by a presentation about what the company does and why people like working there, and then a group tour of the facility.

Once the tour wrapped, I was assigned to my own office and waited for my first of six interviews. Each interviewer came from a different role, and the sessions were pretty conversational rather than rigid question sets. The topics varied based on who I talked to—things like travel opportunities, growth, and company events—but the underlying theme was consistent: leadership, adaptability, how comfortable I’d be in a client facility, and whether I was self-motivated. I never felt like I was walking into a surprise “gotcha.”
