Whether you are auditing HRIS data, optimizing employee onboarding, or partnering with finance on benefits budgeting, your analytical insights directly influence how Rover supports its remote-first and hybrid workforce.
This is an exceptionally high-leverage position because HR operations at Rover are built on data-driven decision-making. You will be expected to dive deep into spreadsheets, navigate compliance requirements with precision, and communicate complex benefits concepts clearly to employees. It is a highly collaborative role where you will partner closely with Legal, Finance, and Payroll teams to build a seamless, supportive, and highly competitive workplace culture.
