Difficult Positive India

My path felt more like a test of multiple dimensions than a conversation. Before anything, they reviewed my resume closely, especially the projects I listed and the technical knowledge behind them. That technical depth was paired with aptitude-style components, including estimation questions, and then the HR portion shifted to more general questions about fit and how I thought about the company.

In practice, the sequence had a “skill screen into deeper evaluation” feel. My interviewers asked about things like OOP and fundamentals, and they also asked about the company values as part of the overall motivation picture. There were questions framed to see whether my personality aligned with their philosophy, and it never really turned into a purely technical back-and-forth—there were always other signals mixed in.
