The process I went through felt standard in shape: first an HR call, then a technical interview. The technical round was where things tightened up fast. I was asked to solve an array and an anagram-style problem with very little guidance, and I had to make progress on the spot.

I could get to an implementation that used constant extra space, but it didn’t scale the way they were looking for, and that mismatch kept me from landing the right solution. By the end, I realized I’d need to be more prepared for that kind of problem phrasing and constraint thinking, because the room for iteration felt limited.
