My process started pretty straightforward. I spoke with someone from HR and went over my resume step by step, so the conversation felt structured instead of vague. They asked about what I’d done before, why I was interested in QA, and even what my passion was for gaming and testing.
The tone across the interviews stayed friendly and professional. I didn’t feel pushed or interrogated; the questions were mostly job-relevant—my background with Rockstar titles, how I approached finding issues, and why I was the right fit. At one point, it also helped that I could talk naturally about gaming, because that familiarity came up again and again.

Easy Positive Bengaluru
I went through a faster, more “drive” style interview path where the rounds were packed close together. It opened with basic screening around my background and why I wanted the role, then I moved into a gameplay check where I had to use console controls during a mission they gave me. Between the playing and the questions, the whole vibe stayed relatively relaxed.
After the gameplay portion, I sat a written section that mixed grammar and an essay component. I remember getting assessed on both how I communicated and whether I could write clearly under time pressure. Then the later stage turned more into an interview with leadership—more direct conversations about my experience in QA and how I approached the work, plus why I wanted to join.
