I started with a recruiter conversation where I talked through my background, why I was interested in Rockstar, and what I’d done that matched the role. About a week later I moved into a deeper interview with people from the Community team. That round felt very scenario-driven, centered on community management and creator relationships—how I’d handle different situations involving creators and the broader FiveM/RedM community.
Next came a timed written assessment on CoderPad. It was a mix of community-management scenarios and writing tasks where I had to produce creator/community-focused content tailored to Rockstar’s FiveM and RedM communities. The final step was a conversational interview with senior members of Community Operations, where we dug into my past experience, how I approach problem-solving, how I collaborate, and what genuinely drives my interest in gaming communities.
