Average Positive Bangalore Rural

My interview kicked off with a technical stage that was more tailored to the role than general LeetCode. After that, there was an HR round at the end, and overall it felt like a decent, fairly straightforward process.

The biggest thing I noticed was that there weren’t the heavy “system design” or live coding portions that some other companies use to test depth. Instead, the difficulty seemed to depend a lot on who was conducting the interview. I moved through the steps and ended up being offered the role, which made the whole experience feel like a good fit rather than a long grind.

Difficult Negative Andover, MA

This process dragged on for months and felt especially hard because communication was basically broken. I applied online through the Rockstar hiring site, and weeks later I was asked to record myself answering questions before I ever spoke to a person. After that, I had a screening call with talent acquisition.

Everything before the team lead rounds felt relatively manageable, but once I reached interviews with team leads it turned into a struggle. The questions didn’t seem planned or structured, and the number of questions was huge—around ninety to one hundred in total across that phase. I remember feeling like I was being asked things off the top of their heads with no clear signal for what a complete or correct answer looked like.
