I started by applying through the company’s Workday process after finding the role on LinkedIn. It took a bit to hear back—around a couple of weeks—and the first step didn’t even feel like a traditional interview. I was sent a link to record answers to prompts on video with a tight window to finish. Once I cleared that, HR followed up directly to schedule a technical conversation with the manager.

That manager stage was my real “fit” check. I sat down with the hiring manager and then had a panel feel to the process, meeting additional senior team members to see whether I matched how they worked day to day. I remember the difficulty landing on the practical side: I had to prepare for technical work involving SDTM and ADaM dataset development in R and Python, and the overall process included both technical and behavioral prompts.
