Average Positive Vancouver, BC

From the start, the process felt welcoming. After the initial phone screen, I moved into the more technical portions, and I had the impression that the team was genuinely interested in understanding my background rather than rushing me through. Interviewers were knowledgeable and friendly, and when things got tough technically, they were supportive and gave feedback as the rounds progressed.

The technical discussions leaned into fundamentals and had a lot of practical engineering questioning. Some conversations even touched on values and how I thought about problems, with the interviewers asking me questions back and encouraging a two-way dialogue instead of treating it like a one-sided interrogation. I didn’t get an offer, but overall it stayed positive: the tone was constructive, and I left feeling like I’d understand what working there might demand.
