I applied and got contacted shortly afterward. The part that really threw me off was salary transparency: when I asked about pay range, they didn’t give a straight answer, which made it hard to commit my time when I was already interviewing elsewhere around the $120–$150k range. The listing and the range they seemed to be working with felt misaligned, and it just made the whole process feel like wasted effort.

They also had me take a Wonderlic assessment that I found pretty extreme for what it was trying to measure. It’s a long set of math and logic questions, including word pairs where you’re asked if words are similar or opposite, along with hundreds of elementary-style prompts. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and overly heavy on tests, with not much clarity on the basics like compensation.
