I started with a call about a role, then did a phone interview with HR followed by another phone interview with the hiring manager. That was followed by two separate one-hour panel interviews with team members, so I went from talking one-on-one to being evaluated by multiple people in the same format. After that, I waited about a week and then came back for a final one-on-one conversation with the hiring manager again, this time over Skype.

The pace felt fairly steady, with the process stretching across several checkpoints rather than being all crammed into a single day. I remember how each stage shifted the lens: HR focused on fit early on, then the manager and panel rounds pushed deeper into how I think and how I’d work with others. I’d described my background and experiences clearly, and it carried through each round.
