Entré a un Programa de Graduados y el primer paso fue una entrevista con Recursos Humanos. Me preguntaron sobre mí y luego fueron planteándome situaciones para que respondiera con naturalidad, sin sentir que buscaban “la respuesta perfecta”. El ambiente fue bastante amable: la entrevistadora fue muy maja y la sensación fue más de conocer cómo me desenvuelvo que de ponerme a prueba para juzgarme. Al final, me quedé con la impresión de que intentaban medir mi forma de pensar y comunicar, más que evaluar un conocimiento técnico específico. En mi caso no hubo oferta, pero salí con la tranquilidad de que no fue un proceso hostil.

Empecé con un filtro bastante práctico: tuve que pasar un test de inglés y de razonamiento. Después me contactaron por teléfono para cerrar una entrevista por videoconferencia. La entrevista en sí fue personal, centrada en gustos y en cómo trabajaba, más que en aspectos técnicos. Me pidieron encajar con su disponibilidad y, en mi caso, no cuadró porque tenía prácticas curriculares por la mañana y ya no quedaban plazas con ese horario. Aunque el formato era directo, el descarte llegó por agenda más que por desempeño. Me quedé con la sensación de que el proceso funcionaba como un “encaje” y no tanto como una prueba para demostrar capacidades técnicas.
