Ho presentato la mia candidatura online e, dopo l’iter, ho sostenuto un colloquio tecnico per un ruolo full stack. La posizione era centrata su React e Python, con un focus su AI e sull’integrazione di modelli LLM: l’impostazione era chiaramente orientata a capire come avrei lavorato su componenti moderne e su casi d’uso legati ai modelli.

Nel complesso mi sono sentito abbastanza in target rispetto al tipo di argomenti discussi, ma non ho ricevuto un’offerta. L’impressione finale è che il processo fosse più “allineato al tema” che generico, quindi utile per misurare davvero la mia confidenza sulle tecnologie richieste.
