I went through a HirePro online assessment that felt fairly structured and time-boxed. It started with multiple-choice questions covering operating systems, DBMS, and firmware-related material. Then there was a small coding section where I answered two questions tied to articulation points, and I also ended up discussing my project details during the process.
After that, I hit more DSA focused questions about cache memory. The centerpiece was an LRU cache implementation task, where I had to code the behavior of an LRU cache rather than just talk about it. Overall, the difficulty felt average and very skills-and-practice oriented, with the online test doing most of the heavy lifting.

Easy Negative Germany
I expected a straightforward mid-level process, but the company suggested a staff-level title instead. That sounded flattering at first, yet it also made me uneasy because the numbers didn’t seem to leave much room later.
Interviews themselves were affected by poor connectivity from several interviewers. Audio dropped constantly, and I couldn’t hear the full questions. Nobody offered to switch to a phone call or reschedule, so I had to guess what was being asked and answer with incomplete context.
