Remitly interviews are built around a mix of technical work and “how you show up” conversations. Across reports, you can expect structured one-on-one calls plus a longer final loop that includes multiple back-to-back interviews with behavioral questions, case or strategy discussions, and coding.
The topics your interviewers focus on are heavily weighted toward SQL and Excel, and also include machine learning concepts, risk analysis, and A/B testing concepts. System design and architecture appear often, and stakeholder management shows up as a key technical skill area, along with business case development and problem solving.
