As a Customer Success Engineer, you do not merely troubleshoot technical issues; you act as a trusted security advisor to enterprise organizations, helping them operationalize GreyMatter to achieve proactive threat detection, rapid response, and continuous security posture improvement.
Your primary objective is to ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in the ReliaQuest ecosystem. This involves collaborating closely with customer security operations centers (SOCs), security engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to integrate diverse security technologies—such as SIEM, EDR, firewalls, and cloud security tools—into the GreyMatter platform. By translating complex telemetry data into actionable security insights, you help customers reduce risk, automate tedious workflows, and build resilient security programs.
