As a Customer Success Engineer at Regrow, you stand at the critical intersection of cutting-edge agricultural science, enterprise software, and client relationship management. Regrow is a pioneer in MRV (Measurement, Reporting, and Verification) software, helping global food and agriculture brands transition to regenerative practices and reduce their carbon footprint. In this role, your primary mission is to ensure that enterprise customers—ranging from massive consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies to agricultural retailers—can seamlessly integrate, scale, and derive maximum value from Regrow's complex environmental modeling platforms.
You will not simply be answering support tickets; you will be solving highly complex technical and scientific data challenges. Enterprise sustainability initiatives rely on accurate, verifiable soil-carbon and greenhouse gas models (such as the DNDC model). You will act as the trusted technical advisor who helps clients navigate data ingestion pipelines, API integrations, and complex reporting outputs. Your ability to translate dense scientific concepts and data structures into clear, actionable business insights is what drives customer retention and directly impacts global sustainability efforts.
