I started with a recruiter call with HR, and then about a week later I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Everyone I spoke with felt upbeat and easy to talk to, and the hiring manager came across as encouraging rather than combative. The conversation didn’t feel adversarial, and I left feeling like I understood what they were looking for.
After that round, they told me the next step would be a panel interview. I didn’t make it past that stage, though, and I didn’t move forward further in the process. Even though it ended earlier than I expected, it still felt like a generally pleasant interview experience right up until the cutoff.
