What is a Mobile Engineer at Red Rock Behavioral Health Services?
At Red Rock Behavioral Health Services, the role of a Mobile Crisis First Responder—referred to here as a Mobile Engineer of crisis intervention—is the frontline of our commitment to community wellness. You are not building software, but rather "engineering" real-time solutions in high-stress, unpredictable environments. Your work directly impacts the lives of individuals experiencing behavioral health crises, requiring you to think critically, act decisively, and maintain composure under pressure.
This position is critical to the operational success of our crisis response teams across Oklahoma. You will function as a mobile unit, deploying to locations in cities like Elk City, El Reno, Norman, and Weatherford. Your ability to evaluate complex situations, de-escalate crisis scenarios, and coordinate with clinical staff makes you an essential pillar of the Red Rock Behavioral Health Services care delivery model.
