My recruiter call was pretty straightforward—basic background questions, then we talked through timing and compensation. A little later, I moved into a sequence of interviewers that felt pretty structured: first a product manager round where I answered their questions, then a technical lead interview, and finally a hiring manager conversation that was still largely framed as technical questions.
Overall the whole process moved fast enough that it didn’t drag, but it still felt like multiple steps were happening in parallel rather than one-and-done. I remember the recruiter reaching out again and then, about a week later, the rest of the interviews had essentially played out. Even though it was smooth in terms of scheduling, I didn’t end up getting an offer.
