I had a pretty smooth, low-stress process that felt tightly managed from the start. After applying, I got contacted within about two weeks, and once my interview was scheduled it moved quickly. The first conversations felt efficient and clear, with interviewers who made the timeline and expectations sound straightforward, and I was given time to ask questions at the end.
My interviews were mainly behavioural and situational, and the structure was familiar: I’d walk through my past experiences and then get scenario questions that probed how I’d handle work in the role. Some rounds included a panel format with two interviewers, and the tone stayed welcoming rather than combative. In the shorter sessions, it was mostly common behavioural themes, with little emphasis on heavy technical depth.

Difficult Negative United States
My process felt a lot less organized and a lot more frustrating than I expected. I went through a couple of rounds where the questions were largely based on my resume and past experiences, and the interviews themselves didn’t feel wildly difficult. Still, the timeline was slow, and I ended up waiting nearly a month for any response after multiple follow-ups.
After the final conversation, the experience turned negative. I remember thinking it went well enough, then I was left hanging without a clear rejection message. I kept checking a portal for updates, and it felt unprofessional that I had to do that rather than getting timely communication. One interviewer was also genuinely upsetting—rude and condescending—cutting me off repeatedly so I barely got to finish my answers.
